About Bandwidth Theft

My site had been was closed down for excessive bandwidth consumption. This occurs when others are linking directly to my site which is in violation of my terms of use and constitutes bandwidth theft. This is illegal! Now I pay for my webspace and all I ask is a link in return for the use of my graphics.

If you choose to use my graphics you also choose to abide by my terms of use. You may NOT link directly to my site-you MUST save the graphics you choose to your own computer then upload them to YOUR server. You must also choose a logo and place it anywhere on each and every page where my graphics appear with the sole exception of pages where it is noted that a link is optional (ie. tubes).

Graphics are very time-consuming to create and by direct linking you are showing disrespect for my work and the work of other graphic artists. Many of us are having problems with this issue.   • Do not link directly to my website. This is bandwidth theft! Right click on a selected graphic and save it to your hard drive from the pop-up menu then upload the graphics to your server.
  • Do not alter my graphics in any way or include them in another graphics collection in any form. Do not claim them as your own.
  • Re-distribution is prohibited.
  • All graphics are linkware which means if you choose to use my graphics you must also add my logo to any and all pages where my graphics appear.
  • The graphics I have designed to present my site are not available for download, they are mine and are not public domain. Please save only graphics specifically offered for download.
  • I offer custom graphics at reasonable fees. If you are interested in ordering custom work please email me for further information.

  • If you have chosen to use my graphics I would appreciate an email-I would love to see how they have been used *S*

A Note to Graphics Designers: Please feel free to use my tiles and fills including triple background tiles for your creations along with a link (a small text link is fine as is a link on your links and credits pages). Paint Shop Pro downloads and BladePro are free for you to use but are also linkware.
